1. Payments
   All purchases (e.g., Premium ranks, perks) are processed via Tebex or Patreon. Payments are final, and we do not offer refunds unless required by law.

2. Delivery
   Digital items (ranks, perks, etc.) are delivered automatically after payment is confirmed via Tebex or Patreon. If you experience any issues, please get in touch with our staff team on Discord.

3. Chargebacks
   Attempting chargebacks or fraudulently disputing payments will result in a permanent ban from the server and any associated services.

4. Modifications & Removal of Perks
   We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any perk, rank, or feature at our discretion to ensure fair gameplay.

5. Affiliation
   This server is not affiliated with Tebex, Patreon, Mojang, or Microsoft. All payments and donations directly support the server's development and upkeep costs.
