These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made for Industrium services, including in-game items, ranks, memberships, and any other digital goods or benefits. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms in full.

1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed exclusively by third-party payment providers such as Tebex, Patreon, or other authorized platforms (including but not limited to PayPal).

Industrium does not directly collect, store, or process your payment or billing information. Your payment data is subject to the privacy and security policies of these providers.

2. No Refunds and Finality of Sales

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is confirmed and payment processed, except when legally required.

Please carefully review your purchase before confirming. Mistaken purchases or changes of mind do not qualify for refunds.

3. Delivery of Purchased Benefits

Purchased digital goods or benefits (ranks, items, permissions, access, etc.) will be delivered automatically or manually after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary due to technical or administrative reasons, but we strive to fulfill all purchases as quickly as possible.

4. Account Responsibility

Purchases are linked to your Minecraft account or linked service account.

You are responsible for securing your login credentials and account information.

Industrium is not responsible for any loss or theft of purchased benefits caused by unauthorized access to your account.

5. Restrictions on Use and Transfers

Purchased benefits are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by Industrium.

Reselling, trading, gifting, or transferring purchased goods or accounts without permission is prohibited and may lead to suspension or removal of benefits without refund.

Prices, packages, and available products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Certain offers may be limited in quantity or time.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without liability.

7. Compliance with Rules and Laws

You agree to use all purchased benefits in compliance with Industrium rules and applicable laws.

Abuse of purchased goods, including cheating, harassment, or exploitation, may result in penalties including revocation of benefits without refund.

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by technical problems, payment platform errors, or force majeure events.
