TERMS OF USE - INDUSTRIUM

By accessing or using the services of Industrium (formerly Flaze SMP), including but not limited to our Minecraft server, website (industrium.net), Discord, and affiliated platforms, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the services means you accept the latest version.

1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Industrium": refers to the Industrium Minecraft server and its official platforms.

• "User", "You": refers to any individual accessing our services.

• "Services": includes the Minecraft server, website, Discord server, Tebex store, Patreon page, and all related content.

• "BENZOOgataga": is the owner and founder of Industrium. 

2. Access and Eligibility

You must have a legitimate Mojang/Microsoft account and agree to Mojang's End User License Agreement. You must be 13 or older or have verified parental consent. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at any time for any reason.

3. Rules of Conduct

You agree to respect the rules of Industrium as defined in-game, on our website, or in our Discord. Prohibited behavior includes (but is not limited to):

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized modifications

• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination

• Selling accounts or in-game items for real-world money (unless explicitly authorized)

• Impersonation of staff or other users

• Use of bots or automation

• Attempting to disrupt, damage, or reverse-engineer any part of our services

Violation may result in sanctions including warnings, temporary or permanent bans, and loss of privileges or items.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (e.g. builds, skins, messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute it within our services.

You remain responsible for your content and agree not to upload anything illegal, harmful, or infringing on others' rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Industrium, including the server name, plugins, builds, logos, and media, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit permission from BENZOOgataga.

Minecraft is a property of Mojang Studios/Microsoft. We are not affiliated with Mojang, or Microsoft.

6. Purchases and Donations

Purchases made through Tebex or Patreon are subject to the Terms of Sale (see separate page). Industrium does not handle payments directly. Any purchases are considered final, and we do not guarantee any in-game benefit will last forever.

7. Availability and Data Loss

We strive to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uptime, data permanence, or error-free experiences. We are not liable for loss of progress, items, currency, or access due to server resets, crashes, bugs, or bans.

8. Limitation of Liability

Use of our services is at your own risk. Industrium is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access or use of our services, including data loss, account compromise, or interactions with other players.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these terms, or if we decide to discontinue any part of the services.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable laws in France. Any dispute shall be handled by competent local authorities or courts.
